Ristorante Cristallo was opened in 1987 by Giorgio Borgognoni aided by his wife Paola, who assists the chef in the kitchen, and their daughters Valentina and Veronica.
Since then the restaurant has changed a great deal in appearance, with refurbishment carried out every year to keep constantly up to date, while conserving all the love and passion that have always been central to its cuisine. Research and experimentation have never stopped in the kitchen, to offer guests new dishes and complete culinary experiences.
Restaurant Cristallo welcomes diners in elegant, refined surroundings, offering a menu of fish combined with traditional items such as home-made pasta. Not to mention pizza and meat dishes.
The Cristallo is open all year, and since it is so close to the Riccione Congress Centre, it is also ideal for working lunches and dinners. We offer congress participants excellent special rates during event and exhibition periods.
