Without a doubt, fish is one of the key times in the Ristorante Cristallo's cuisine. Very fresh, prepared just before serving, with originality and imagination. Often accompanied by hand-rolled home-made pasta.
We offer you traditional fare and other highly innovative, refined dishes, such as seafood crudités: scampi, oysters, tuna, prawns, sea-bass tartare and cuttlefish.

Also not to be missed are our tuna, pink pepper and Cervia sea salt tartare and our marinated swordfish, tuna and salmon.
Our dishes reflect the time of year, with seasonal fresh vegetables and choice quality fish or meat. In winter, you will find recipes including butternut squash, truffles and porcini mushrooms, while in summer there are always plenty of freshly picked fruit and vegetables.
Everything is home-made, from the hors d'oeuvres to the desserts. The pizza is also made by hand, with organic kamut and wholemeal doughs.
